Brief
Existing CRMs are pipeline tools rebadged. For a one-person operator running relationships, not deals, the surface area is wrong. I wanted a lightweight CRM that prioritised remembering people, not closing them, and that worked from the messages and meetings I was already having.

Approach
Built on Next.js and Supabase with an AI layer that handles the busywork of remembering who said what and when. The design challenge is restraint: every feature added makes the product feel more like the pipeline tools I am trying to escape. The roadmap is intentionally short and gets pruned more often than it grows.

Outcome
Private alpha with a small group testing it. The next milestone is a Telegram and email ingestion layer so relationships stay current automatically, then a small follow-up suggestion engine that only nudges when there is actual signal.
